What information our AI video and image generator collects, why, who it is shared with, and your choices.

This policy explains how MistralLarge4.org handles your information when you use MistralLarge4.org.

What we collect

  1. Account details: your name and email address, and your profile picture if you sign in with Google.
  2. What you create: your prompts, the images you upload, and the videos and images generated for you.
  3. Credits and payments: your credit balance, generation history and order records. Card details are handled by Stripe; we do not store your full card number.
  4. Technical data: browser type, device and log data needed to run and secure the service.
  5. Cookies: a login cookie that keeps you signed in and a cookie that remembers your language. If analytics are enabled on this site, the analytics provider may also set cookies.

How we use it

  • To run your generations, store the results and show them in My Creations.
  • To charge and refund credits, process payments and send account emails.
  • To answer support requests.
  • To prevent abuse, such as fake accounts created to collect free credits.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with services that help us run MistralLarge4.org:

  • AI model providers: your prompt and uploaded images are sent to the provider of the model you choose so it can generate the result.
  • Infrastructure: hosting, database and file storage providers that store the service's data.
  • Stripe: to process payments.
  • Email and analytics providers, when these are enabled on this site.

We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect users and the service.

How long we keep it

We keep your account information, creations and records while your account is active. Deleting a creation removes it from your account; to have your account, creations and stored files erased, contact us and we will delete them unless the law requires us to keep certain records (for example, payment records).

Your choices

You can view and download your creations at any time, update your profile in your account settings, and ask us for a copy of your data or to delete it.

Children

MistralLarge4.org is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We may update this policy. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page.
