Terms of Service

Who we are

These Terms apply to MistralLarge4.org (the "service"), operated by MistralLarge4.org ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The service

MistralLarge4.org lets you create videos and images with third-party AI models from text prompts and images you upload. We may add, change or remove models and features over time.

Your account

You need an account to generate. Keep your login details safe; you are responsible for activity under your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live, and at least 13 years old.

Credits

• Each generation costs credits. The exact cost depends on the model and settings you choose and is shown next to the Generate button before you start.
• Credits are deducted when a generation is submitted. If a generation fails or times out, the credits are returned to your balance automatically.
• Credits from a subscription are valid for 31 days from each billing date. Credits from a credit pack do not expire.
• Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged for money.

Payments and subscriptions

• Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card number.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel from your account's billing settings; you keep the credits you already have.
• If a payment is refunded or charged back, the credits from that payment are removed from your balance. If some of those credits were already used, the difference is deducted from your remaining balance.

Content you create

• You are responsible for your prompts, the images you upload, and how you use the results. Only upload images you have the right to use.
• Subject to these Terms and the law, you may use the videos and images you generate for personal and commercial purposes.
• AI output can be unexpected or inaccurate, and similar prompts may produce similar results for other users.
• We store your uploads and results so you can view and download them in My Creations. Deleting a creation removes it from your account.

What you may not do

• Create content that is illegal, sexually explicit involving minors, or that depicts a real person in a sexual, violent or deceptive way without their consent.
• Impersonate others, create misleading content about real events or people, or infringe anyone's copyright, trademark or privacy.
• Harass, threaten or incite violence or hatred.
• Attempt to bypass credit charges, abuse free credits with multiple accounts, or interfere with the service.

AI model providers may reject prompts or images that break their content rules; rejected generations are refunded. We may remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules.

Availability and liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". Generation depends on third-party AI providers and may be delayed or interrupted. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Ending your use

You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms. Unused credits are not refunded when an account is closed for breaking these Terms.

Changes

We may update these Terms. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page; important changes will also be announced on the site.
